Santa Fe Time Service Approval Card Form 1641 Standard, dated 1933. Card certifies that the owner's Waltham 18-size Crescent St. has been rated to three positions and its performance proven to conform to the rules of the Company. Santa Fe employees were required to have Time Service Approval Card, Form 1641, and Watch Certificate, Form 1601 in their possesion at all times while on duty (except when using Loaners) and obtain renewal of Certificate each quarter. Santa Fe required watches to be cleaned within 15 months of date last cleaned.
