Columbus Watch Co. Model 3 grade Railway King. - 18-size, 16-jewel, chronometer balance, stem wind, lever set, adjusted to positions, manufactured circa 1894. The Railway King was one of its earliest named grade watch movements, originally introduced by Columbus around 1889. New Columbus dropped the Railway King name in 1900 following a court decision which granted Hampden Watch Company trademark rights to the word "Railway" on a watch.
