E. Howard Watch Co. Model 1907, Series 5, 16-size, 19-jewel, adjusted to isochronism, temperature and 5 positions, lever-set, with a safety dial - mfg.
circa 1911. E. Howard Watch Co. watches were all cased by the factory, in this style case the movement is accessed from the front and swings outward from the case in a hinged ring. The safety dial is similar to the Montgomery dial.
